There is good and bad news. Which would you like first? I always like the bad news first so I can end on an up note. So, here it is. Target has changed its system for printing coupons. You are now limited to 2 prints per computer and you have to print them directly from the Target site. I tried to print more, but all I printed was a blank coupon that said I exceeded my household limit.
